PokerStars CEO settles with US DOJ
PokerStars CEO Mark Scheinberg has settled his case with the United States Department of Justice, agreeing to forfeit $50 million to finally resolve the long-standing case with the Southern District of New York. Scheinberg admits no wrongdoing or culpability as terms of the deal and is free to return to the helm of PokerStars.
