    Best Sportsbook
Trying to decide between Pinnacle and 5 dimes. Which is the best for customer service, betting lines and payouts?

If you can play at Pinny, then it's Pinny hands down. Sucks that it's banned for U.S Customers

I can play at pinny just concerned about the no phone support. If your not using them where are you getting the information?

They don't have phone, but it doesn't matter as you prolly won't have any complaints.
And from my experience they answer emails fast.

Any idea why the pollsters rate 5 dimes higher than pinnacle? What about matchbook? Any experiences with them?

If you're a bigger player, Pinnacle. Otherwise, 5Dimes. I would estimate the chance that you will lose your money at Pinnacle significantly higher than that you will lose it at 5Dimes. Unless you understand what Pinnacle is, what their origins are, how they operate, and how you can use that to your advantage.

Matchbook will give you better odds, but fewer options. If you're relatively new to this don't start out at Pinnacle. If it was me, I would deposit my money at Matchbook, and from there distribute it, free of charge, to one or more of the books that they have inter-book transfers with. All quality outfits. A lineup of books allows you to shop around.

Americans can`t play at Pinnacle, which is why in polls the likes of 5dimes come out well,if Americans could play at Pinnacle then it would top polls by a long way.

If you need high limits and reduced juice on openers it's Pinnacle. If you need phone support, bonuses, and reduced juice, 5Dimes.

5Dimes is pretty solid. I have never had problems with the in 3 years.

If you choose Pinny over 5dimes, you'll miss out on the unique customer service stylings of Tony.

                                  Lose my money??

Do you know somebody that has lost money with pinnacle?? Why would you make a comment like that?? Yes payouts is very important to me but I wasn't thinking about losing my money until you mentioned that. Give me some feedback there.
