    Confused about freeplay with Betphoenix
Please refrain yourselves from flaming me about using the search option. My question is not about the rollover requirement but more about my situation. I've made a deposit of $300 and received a free play of $300 a few days ago and lost all of it. Reloaded with $200 and another free play of $200 and lost pretty much all of that too with a remaining $2.00 in free play. I then reloaded once more for $150 with a free play of $150 and got my balance to $600 with a available free play of $152.00. Now my question is, Do i have to still complete some type of rollover? Or does the rollover requirement only starts when the free play is used and won? Not that i really plan on withdrawing anytime soon, but it would be useful to me to start matching the requirement as i go along. Any light shed will be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks

As far as I know, once you lose your entire balance and freeplay amount, your rollover ends there. If you re-up and receive a new freeplay. you'll only have to roll that deposit amount and freeplay winnings over.

Once your account is zeroed all requirements are done and you start fresh with the new requirements of whatever you agreed to when depositing. The rollover counts regardless of you using the freeplay. If you took the BONUS, then you have to complete the roll over, regardless of using the freeplay...

Yup, rollover is eliminated once your balance is gone. Any other setup would be ludicrous so you're good to go.

          thank you guys.

one last question. Will that last $2.00 of my free play still be counted in the rollover from my 2nd reload? Cause you guys said once the balance goes to 0, all requirements are stopped. But i still had $2.00 left before my last reload.

You have to ask that from the book before reloading. If you do that, they will wipe the rollover slate clean, as they should. But if you don't ask it, and have it on record, you give them a way to come back to the old rollover requirements later.

I suppose it will be to late for them to wipe my $2.00 of remaining free play from the 2nd reload...
              Thanks Dark Horse

It shouldnt really matter. You have to roll the winnings of the freeplay over and how much winnings can realistically come from $2?
