I've filled out the sbr complaint form regarding a closed account with bwin.It has been 24 hours since that,when can I expect a reply from sbr (or bwin)...This is the first time I am doing this so I'm not familiar with the routine...

#2It can take 2-3 weeks for SBR to answer/solve a complaint...they probably get a LOT....be patient.Comment -

As for solving the complaint, it of course depends on the sportsbook, issue, willingness of the sportsbook to communicate the facts, generally poorer sportsbooks delay the process as much as possible.Comment -

#7It has been now almost a week since I filled out the complaint form,and a couple of days after that I sent a mail to sbr to check did they recieve the complaint,and still no response!Not even one mail! WTF?Comment -

#13Bwin and communication should not be mentioned in the same sentence. They have an absolutely poor customer support, that customer support is probably made up of 15 year olds who don't know anything about betting. Perhaps it's just that the average employee in the customer support has the brains of a 15 year oldComment -

#14I'm only trying to warn you that if Justin is handling your case, that you will get nothing resolved. Yes, I do feel that Justin handled my case inappropriately, and once he received his kickback from Sportbet, he just swept my case under the rug.
Plukic...I sincerely do hope you get your complaint resolved and please let the forum know once Justin has completed your case and please let everyone know of the outcome. I just wouldnt be very optimistic with him handling it.
