    Winunited - the shi*est site ever!
    hi all, just registered to share this story:

    I registered with winunited.com on 27/09 and deposited, I made ~1000 euro. On 02/10 I was asked to send documents. Here is the mail from them:

    [FONT=Calibri]If you used a credit card to deposit money into your WINunited account, we also require a copy. When sending credit card copies, please ensure that you send a copy of both sides and your signature shows clearly on the back of the card. [/FONT]
    [FONT=Calibri]For your own protection please only keep the first 4 and last 4 digits of your credit card visible. For further protection also cover your CVV/CVC2 located at the back of your card. [/FONT]
    [FONT=Calibri]Once we receive the required documentation your withdrawal will be processed[/FONT]
    [FONT=Calibri]Please send required documentation by email to [/FONT][FONT=Calibri][EMAIL="customer.care@winunited.com"]customer.care@winunited.com[/EMAIL][/FONT]
    On 06/10 I sent them all documents, they received it - everything seems to be OK.

    On 07/10 surprise -

    We would like to inform you that as we didn’t receive requested documentation within 7 days your ********** transaction ## from 27.09.2009 for ## was rejected and funds voided due to breach of T&C.
    What the hell ? OK probably it my fault that I didnt read carefully all of their terms BUT SHOULD TELL ME THAT I HAVE TIME FRAME WHEN I DEPOSITED , THIS IS THE STUPIDEST RULE I EVER SEEN

    If I lost my deposit they probably not going to void this right ?

    So just deposit with them if you win - send documents in time, If you lost - DO NOT SEND THEM AND THEY ARE GOING TO RETURN YOUR DEPOSIT ?

    AVOID THIS SH*T BOOK !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Books expect you to read the T&C's therefore don't have to go through every possible rule with you.

    A quick 2minute read of their T&C's and i came up with this.

    2.15 WINunited retains the right to examine and confirm the identity of its users. When deemed necessary, WINunited will request that documentation proving the users identity is forwarded to its offices. Examples of documentation requested could be certified copies of photo ids, bank statements, references, last utility bill, etc. WINunited reserves the right to void unprocessed transactions from the client’s betting account if requested documents are not received within 7 (seven) days from the date of client’s payment transaction(s) to WINunited.

    They are behaivng within the terms of their T&C's. Case closed unfortunatley. At least you got your deposit back.

      Seems like a pretty cheap shot by the book. There's a reason they didn't ask for documents immediately, they waited until the 7 days was almost up.
