I want to tell you all about my experience with Betaland.com.
Made my account in the middle of august.
Took the bonus, fulfill all the terms and conditions and requested a payout on the 21.08.2009.
First they kept me several days for verifying my document and after a week they said that the payment was processed on the 28.08 or something.
I ask them nicely to make sure that the bank information was correct.
So they sent me a "document" with the amount of money requested in my withdrawal and their bank name, but no personal bank information of my own on that paper.
I told them this and after a few days they sent another one, but this time, with their bank info, my name, my IBAN code, but instead of my SWIFT code appeared their bank SWIFT code.
Still they say this is correct. But this a awful mistake and they do not admit it, this if they sent the money, but I have some big reserves about it.
I made a complaint here at SBR about my case.
