Just had a 4-figure check bounce from Bovada. They acknowledged the issue but have no solution for me other than to wait 15 business days "or more" while they figure out what happened. Seeing a few others on Twitter with same issue. Brutal time of the year for them to be having processor issues. In the past, I've always been offered a replacement payment via another processor/method and a small bonus for my trouble. Most concerning is the uncharacteristically bad customer service I've received in the last day. Stay away until they get this resolved.
