STX (STACKS) betting exchange - available where you are?

This Exchange launched in Ontario a while back but only offered an app for Apple products, nothing for Android or PC.

I've been following their discord and they say the PC / Android versions will be rolling out soon.

I'm in Ontario and very much looking forward to having access to this place as an out.

I know they are US based and wonder what states they operate in, is STX available where you are?
