    BallyBet…(no pay?)
Made 2 withdrawals via PayPal, only to find out that they cancelled both withdrawals and never put the money back in my gaming account. No email or anything telling me my withdrawals have been cancelled. Only found out because I check all my withdrawals. Wonder how many people they have done this too that don’t even know. I contacted support by email and live chat but all I receive is their generic message stating they will get back to me.

I also have a problem with Ballybet. Took their sign up offer bet 25+ get 150 bonus bets. Must bet -120 minimum odds. I made a -148 bet and now am told this doesn't qualify to satisfy requirement. Am I missing something here??????

It sounds like it. Minimum -120 means that or longer odds like -115 -110 etc.

Ok so my old brain got this wrong. I took it as being the opposite. I should know better. Thanks Optional.

"I'm running into an issue with BetX's sign-up bonus. They offered a 'Bet $50, get $100 in bonus bets' deal, but with a minimum -150 odds requirement. I placed a -155 bet, thinking it met the criteria, but now I'm being told it doesn’t qualify. Can anyone explain if I'm misunderstanding the terms, or is this just a glitch?"

Sorry to say, but yes you misunderstood the terms.

            -150 = 1.66 , -155 = 1.64

-145 odds would have been valid (1.69).
