I'll never have a balance more than 5k at any book before I request a payout and only once have I not been paid, $9300 at dimecrypto. This is just insane! Posting this as a heads up if you have losing wagers still pending at BM, Skybook and/or Phoenix.
I was going to throw another $300 deposit into my account to take them up on the 200% FP playoff bonus but jumped on chat prior just to make sure you can take it multiple times. Thankfully I did because what transpired is ridiculous. Rep said yep you can take the bonus but you'll just have to have double the rollover (which would be 36x) because you still have a pending wager. Well the wager is Cook to win SB MVP so it's my problem their grading department hasn't done their job and have a losing wager still pending. I tried explaining this situation to the rep but she was clueless and stated that's their rule. After some time and back and forth eventually she talked to a manager and made it seem they were doing me a favor but it's a one time thing and that I could have the bonus on the 18x roll. Honestly told her this conversation made me question even playing here anymore and passed on it. Just ridiculous. I appreciate it eventually being offered the bonus at the regular rollover but just shaking my head.Comment -

I will make a min $300 deposit here and there to take them up on the 200 or 250 percent bonuses. Caesar has always been upfront and legit and I have always been paid. Not promoting them just passing my experience on, not like I would recommend dumping 5k into this book. I'm aware of the risk dealing with bonus shops and I have nobody to blame but myself if I get stiffed.
