Yes gone. We only monitor USA/CA licensed books now.

Ratings don't mean a lot anymore.
Licenses are a good way moving forward, even with crypto sites, you can see how many shady sites screwed up bettors.

Even agents managed to use fraudulent activity, so ratings/trust can't work anymore, license is the way forward and I totally agree with that.
