I had a run-in with those jerks Saturday. My own fault, but still.

I somehow typed in 6 for a $1 exacta box, so instead of $6 it rang up $36. I've never made a mistake like that. I instantly chatted them to try and cancel the bet, knowing they probably wouldn't. I know the rules, but for an obvious error for a race 6 hours away, I thought maybe they'd cancel it.

Even the agent said "the $36 bet" when I said I made a mistake, but after asking for a supervisor was told no way. I told them off in the chat.

I'd love to drop them like Bovada, but they don't charge any fees for CC deposits and they allow .50 tri and pick 3 and pick 4 betting when all other shops that I know of have $1 minimums.

At the end, the chalk I had in the box won, but my longshot and another low price horse were up the track, so the bet lost.

Of course, if I hit the bet, they probably would have voided it based on my chat.

received this email today and made deposit of $498 would not give bonus and will not refund my bitcoin depsosit. Dont fall for this bullshit.
