Occasionally go to Silver Reef Casino in Washington State. The sportsbook is run by Betfred, and they have several machines which have live betting. I would think you would have to know what your bet is before going there, and not just stand and watch the lines change, as that would create a bit of a lineup.

William Hill model and screens brought something to brick and mortar that they had never seen before.

Best not to get made in a WH though, they have a way of slashing limits. So the kiosk is out.
