Alternative to Cell Phone Bill for Phone Number Proof?

I've ran into a bit of an issue. As part of the payout process at Heritage, they supposedly send a text to the phone number on file. I don't know why, but they have an old phone number on my account. To update this number, they've said I need to upload a document with my cell phone number on it as proof. The problem is that my employer pays for my cell phone bill and I don't have access to their records with my name and number on it.

Do you know of any other way to prove my cell phone number other than a phone bill? Without this information being "authorized", I'm unable to cash out.

Maybe buy a sim for the new phone number instead of using the work number?

It looks like I was able to verify the cell phone number a different way. Since I pay for my wife's cell phone bill, my name appears on her bill so I just uploaded a pdf of the bill with my name and her cell phone number. It then text her a 4 digit code to verify the payout.

One other thing I learned is that since I requested it after hours on a weekend: I believe it will now be processed next business day which is Monday. Also, since it is a weekend, the max requested amount is 1K instead of the regular $3K. On top of that, they have some verbiage that there's 1 free payout per 30 days. If I would have known all of this, I would've waited until Monday to request my full amount.

Also just an update on the payout in case anyone cares..

$1K BTC Payout was requested Saturday mid day and payout sent Sunday mid day. Pretty painless once I met the validation requirements.
