For a platinum user there is 0.58% bonus which is given on monday I am Platinum user I start getting bonus first of all very late when I start getting then on 18/10/2022 they stop giving me rebate bonus which is must for Platinum user as it is mention on their website you can check the link here https:*//w*ww.d*af*abe*t.c*om/*en/vip. Also 2,3 times they do not give me cashback. The rebate bonus they give me on 17/10/2022 is 1000 USD meanwhile total rebate according to 0.58% is around 1485 USD if want bet history I can send them also on 10/10/2022 they give me 1000 usd. Bonus meanwhile according to 0.58% it should be around 1800 USD I can send the bet history when I ask them about this they stop giving me any reply on chat and email also all the evidence is attached in screenshots and you can after 17/10/2022 I bet on their website but they do not give rebate bonus.The total Dispute amount is 3183USD.Also i told them to close my account as a self exclusion and they on chat said send us email when i send them email they dont replies for month when i again contact on chat they will say the same again so according to responsible gambling i think they should also pay that amount too

2. What - What is the issue with the bookmaker?
3. When - When did the dispute occur, how long have they not responded for?
4. Where - What country are they located in?
4. Why - If licensed ( especially in the USA), why wouldn't you simply go to the relevant gaming commision, if they are not licensed, why do you think an attorney would help?Comment -

The issue is they offer rebate bonus for platinum user which they give me and then suddenly stop then i ask them for self exclusion and want to close my account they told me on chat to send them email i send email they did not give response and on chat i contact again they told again to send email they keep doing things again and again they have 3183USD rebate bonus to give as a platinum user and the loss.
They dont give response for month and it has been 2months

A lawyer could help me because they cannot scam people by bronze gold platinum levels and then dont fulfill what is mention on their website also they offer responsible gambling which means self exclusion and break is user right.Comment -
