yeah stuff like that is why i always ask... but for me it either never showed up or got yanked before the game (seemingly just for "non-recreational" players), weird that it got pulled during the game for everyone

Well I live chatted them. Person told me to clear my cache/cookies. Did that, didn't work so they told me to use different browser, still didn't work.

Finally they told me "ohh sorry you aren't eligible". I mean really? Obviously entirely their choice/discretion to not make me eligible, but making me think that I am by showing the button before the game then yanking it once game started seems a bit shady and then wasting my time when I asked rather than just telling me this from the get-go.

Ohh well, just one bet, and it was crushing basically all of first half so not like I ever would have gotten out, no big deal. And good that I know for the future at least.

Interesting. I've been getting cash back all this time, maybe they turned that off too (they also changed my max bitcoin withdrawal from $5000 to $2000).

Ohh well if so again, I mean cash back is pretty small there. Ok better to have it than not, but it's a rather tiny amount in grand scheme of things given how much volume you have to put in to get even $100 in cashback say.
