Good evening everyone. I've been attempting to submit a payout request for the last 8 days and I'm getting a "404 error-the remote server returned an error...."we cannot process this request at this time" when attempting all payout methods (My preferred request is Bitcoin). I click on "request a new Payout", "withdrawal", the amount, and method. After I click bitcoin it immediately triggers the 404 error.
I've contacted their help agents via phone and online chat multiple times. My first attempt I was told to try different browsers, devices, clear history/cookies, networks, and attempts on Wi-Fi and on using cell service network. Nothing worked. They said they would escalate my case to finance and I would receive a response after 24 hours. Didn't get a response after 24 hours. Contacted them the next day and the agents said my case cleared Finance and that my account is in good standing. They would then escalate my case to IT. Their response was the same as the online/call agents. I have provided multiple screenshots and everything they've requested.
IT came back with the same instructions as the online agents and that particular ticket was closed. I have been receiving multiple email responses with requests to call their customer service line suggesting they found an answer to my payout issues which just results in the same instructions of trying different devices, wi-fi, and browsers. The answers from the customer service team have been extremely inconsistent. Today, I spoke with a "manager" to close my account, but she stated I cannot close the account without submitting a payout request online. She said the only way to get a payout is through the online withdrawal portal. She stated she submitted another IT ticket to help remedy. They came back with try using Chrome and a laptop (which I've already done multiple times).
I am not technically savvy with this 404 remote error, but numerous google searches come up suggests the resource I'm requesting doesn't exist which is the reason why it's not letting process the request.
The latest correspondence today, I was told to "try again this evening". All vague answers, nothing concrete. I feel like I've been given the run-around with inconsistent answers and nothing getting resolved. I have saved all emails from them and online conversation transcripts and have kept my screenshots. I understand the risk with offshore books, but I felt like it was worth the risk as the reputation of SB is phenomenal. Any help from SBR would be appreciated.
