Heritage withdrawal

So I tried cashing out 2.5k from Heritage but the request was cancelled and it had a note that said to contact their support. I did the chat option and was told they currently don’t have any checks but can do a MO in the amount of 1k, 2k, or 3k but nothing in between. Has this ever happened to anyone else? I haven’t had any issues in the past.

I played in the past. I think they currently don't have MO in $500 denomination, but do in 1k.

Thank you for replying with your experience. I guess I just thought it was weird that they were out of the check option where I have done 500 denominations.

Yeah that's a little odd, I've been with Heritage forever, I've never had a payout issue before.
