So after being made aware of the same people winning the slots and roulette tournaments, I decided to document with screenshots. Low and behold the person who posted about it was right. See the attached screenshots. So here is the funny thing. I called them out in chat and by the time the chat was over, the current leaderboard completely changed.... See the attached photos of the leaderboard prior to the chat and after the chat along with the screenshot of the chat. Anyhow becareful out there. If they are fixing tourneys for no reason who knows what else.....

I'm the original poster about this, and I also have screenshots from last week with those 3 atop the leaderboard in just about every roulette and slots tourney. When you said "you called them out in chat," does that mean you contacted BetOnline chat and asked them about it? If so, what did they say?

If you have the leaderboard open, it will not update. I've played these tourneys every week. First few times I'd have a big score, log in 10-15 mins before it ended and it seemed like nobody was trying to top their score, or go for first. I was content with 2nd or 3rd, whatever it was and waited till time ran out, screenshot the leaderboard and figured I locked up my winnings. I check the leaderboard again an hour after it ended and I was no longer cashing.
I've learned you need to keep refreshing it from the lobby/leaderboard page itself on the tournament page. Not just your browser.
It's not really shadiness by BOL at all- but rather, you not knowing that people are in fact playing for 1st the last few minutes and you just didn't have the updated leaderboard.Comment -

Fwiw- it was not BetOnline that did that, Capt. It was the live dealer company that BetOnline used. There are HUNDREDS of other sites that use the same Costa Rican company. The player who was recording that session that you're talking about was using BetOnline. But if he had been on Youwager, Bookmaker, Heritage, Bovada, etc, it'd have been the same.Comment -
Is that something you've been experiencing for a long time Crusherrr? I had the same thing happen 3-5 weeks ago (although I believe I was even signing out and signing back in & the leaderboard wasn't changing until after the tourney was over, and it was changing regularly like other entrants were still able to play). I contacted BetOnline and they said they were aware of the problem and were working on it. The next day they took some or all of the tournaments down for a day before they were put back up. I just went back and looked at the VIP tournament screenshots from Oct. 30, and 2 of the players who were moving up after the end were none other than robber_barron and andrewy (2 of the 3 that were at the top of every tournament before being called out for it), and Machiavelli.
