Here's a copy of the email I got from them. It doesn't say anything about the amount of the bet. I'm guessing it will be small. It also doesn't say where to look for the bet. i'm guessing it will be appear on your account page. Also, note the wording about this only being available to eligible accounts.

I just talked to a rep through live chat. She said she doesn't know about the size of the free bet. But she said I'd be able to find the free bet on the live betting platform for tonight's game. Hope that helps a little.

Thanks to Mike78. If you didn't mention it was on a live bet I would never have looked. I did get that same e-mail but didn't notice it said live.

I also want to give a shout out to Eve over at Heritage. After I clicked on submit bet, I noticed my free bet was in the off position and not on, so it didn't register as a free bet. I chatted with Eve and she cancelled it for me.

wow that is some fantastic customer service by heritage, to cancel a LIVE WAGER

usually a player could never cancel those, only the book when they claim a bad/stale line

BTW, I had the same experience. Didn't realize the free bet was in the off position so my bet didn't register as a free bet the first time. Had to contact customer service to cancel it and then re-bet the position as a free bet. I was surprised they allowed me to cancel it!
