I haven't been able to access my Betway account since August 1st. All my funds are locked and I have reached out to customer support multiple times. I have spoken to chat support staff and a manager and they appear to be clueless in terms of what is happening in regards to a timeline of when the issue will be resolved. They constantly thanked me for my patience and shifted the blame to their tech team.
Until then, I cannot access my account and as a result, not make any wagers or withdraw any funds. Betway definitely did not think ahead on this one and their decision to do the migration the way they did appears to have been an impulsive one instead of a well thought out rollout.
