    Heritage Issue
    Hey all long time lurker of the forum never really had an issue before until now and hope Heritage Insider can give me a hand getting this resolved.

    Had a old zinger prepay phone registered with my account i would grab a walmart prepay fill it once a month talk/text etc. Well had to upgrade because it only had 2g tech (i know lol) so sister said hell she could get me 4g killer phone her account just add a line so ok makes sense and what i did. Never saw a bill on registered phone with Heritage or now.

    Update live chat online sites few months back ezpz verify i am who you know pass and pin deal EXCEPT for Heritage they want a copy of phone bill to update. I talked to live chat explained exactly my situation and deaf ears said rules rules and i get that do not want to break them at all i absolutely love Heritage and its product its top shelf so hope Heritage Insider can get this resolved maybe and be very appreciated.

    Was a Betjam transfer to been with Heritage think 15+ and would absolutely like to continue and get ready for football. Thanks and again have always found this forum helpful and entertaining SBR.

      Thank you Heritage Insider for contacting me by private message but i can not send information you requested to you because i do not have 40 post here on SBR,is there someone or a way around this so i can get insider the information and have this resolved? Thank you all very much.

        did you offer to give them another bill? i had that experience when i lived with my parents but did not have a phone bill in my name yet. i think i got them a bank statement but whited out my account and balances.

          I just need to get Heritage Insider my accnt# and i am sure he will square me away think it is just dealing with form reading live chat and again i love Heritage and their product but should be a simple look over and fix. I am as verified as it gets with them again been a member so long just new phone # is it do not ever take bonus or anything like that either.

            Optional or any other maybe give me an idea how to get Heritage Insider my accnt# safely here? Safe/ok to just post it in this thread or do i need to just suck it up and start posting my butt off in different areas till i get to 40?
