Don't get me wrong, Heritage is a solid Book overall. But what happened yesterday is inexcusable. I contacted live chat rep Gabe yesterday and he verified that I was eligible for a free check payout--directing me to request it online and mention "free payout" in the comment section. I did so only to have my request canceled later. The reason given much later is that they now consider me "Bitcoin Prefered", so that is now the only way I can withdraw from now on. BTW, no email was ever sent for this rejection, so I expected the free check payout to get processed per Gabe's assurance. It's complete BS because I never agreed to this bitcoin only condition, it's something they manufactured on their own. Further, the Heritage website brags about their various withdrawal methods available to ALL clients (see below), only to restrict me to a single option.
