It’s disappointing they couldn’t help with your initial problem, but unless you can prove it was their fault, you are probably SOL.

Did you charge back all of the deposits or just the deposits the hacker made? You said the chargebacks made you whole.

Either way, once you charge back you are dead to that bookmaker and possibly the whole industry. Of course they are going to confiscate $$ you charged back if you redeposit.

Exactly, it's a losing battle. There was a time when the hacker had access to my account and was placing wagers, I was on chat with Bookmaker. Telling them I was not placing these wagers and someone has access to my account. They "reviewed it" and said everything looks fine on their end. No matter what I said, they denied any wrong doing, would not shut down or temporarily pause my account, and told me everything is fine.

Me redepositing afterwards is my fault and a lesson learned for sure.

Crypto withdrawal on Bookmaker requires SMS verification.

I don't remember if this was the case when this happened or not. Even if it was, this person somehow got around it. When this happened, I pulled up the withdrawal address on the blockchain and saw there were multiple deposits worth $1000 - $5000 in BTC all made within a short period of time and mine was one of them. I wasn't the only person this happened to. Whoever did this knew exactly what they were doing.

worst customer service by far....frozen slots made my Rival Games...5 dollars a spin...money comes out of account....reels freeze....take screenshot...call customer service...they say someone looks into it...no one ever gets back to you.....brutal

CC charge-backs are the third rail of all third rails at these off-shores. Even the F rated books on here will shun you for charging back. A major site-wide hacking incident at Bookmaker would have had these message boards lighting up like a Christmas tree. Looks to be a breech on your end. I had three reloadable debitz in a row hacked at 5 dimes and they were A-rated at the time

People are dumb if you think Bookmaker is having money issues. They are still one of the top offshore books. I have withdrawn from them three times in the past month with no issues and pay out immediately within 30 minutes every time.
