One of my degenerate gambling buddies I met at the sportsbook here in Indy is 73 years old and in bad health. I helped him download Bet MGM on his phone on Saturday. I enter his info and type in his address. Once I entered the street it pulled up his city, state, and zip (Indiana). Then we did the banking and I popped $6k into his account within 5 minutes.
Then the login doesn't work. I reset the password and the new password doesn't work either? Turns out he was locked out by MGM. Live chat was no help so I found a local phone # for customer service. I left and he called it for 2 hours before someone finally answers. They told him the account was registered in Illinois and accused him of pulling a scam? They said his money might be tied up for 4-6 months while they investigate and that he's lucky they didn't report him. Report him for what?
WTF? I never heard of anything like that. I've had MGM for 2 years+ and never had any issues
