Betanysports wont close my account

I have requested twice now on two separate occasions on opposite weeks that they close my account and each time they say it is done.

Yet i login a few days later and it is as open ad ever. What kind of game are these guys pulling on this site?

Alot of people like me need this type closure to stay away from the gambling and keeping it open exacerbates the problem.

I've heard of tactics from casinos in Vegas where they refuse to close out accounts or make people jump through hoops to do so

You need to request they close it permanently due to having a gambling problem. They will do so. When you request a permanent account closure you need to be stern on permanent closure due to gambling problem, if not they’ll close it and just mark the account closed per customer request but can reopen it any time. Most major books permanently close accounts when you request it, only a few make you jump through hoops or state they don’t close accounts. Bigbetibiz, youbetonit, and heritage told me they don’t permanently close accounts. Surprised with heritage. Most pph make it very difficult

Reset your password and put in a new random password and don't save it.

Or make it clear it's self exclusion for gambling problems.

They probably think you are asking for your data to be deleted, which they won't do.
