What's wrong with Mystake.com ?! (account closed without reason)

Hi all,
1) i decided to open a Mystake.com account 2-3 weeks ago,
2) made a first deposit of 50€ that i lost,
3) 3-4 days ago i did another deposit then i won some bets on TT LIGA PRO (TABLE TENNIS),
4) yesterday i tried to place some bets but each time this error message "INSUFF. BALANCE" appears,
5) livehelp told me that i have to send an email to support@mystake.com, this is their answer :

Hello dear user,
We would like to inform you that, due to our company’s decision your account has been closed, kindly ask you to withdraw your funds.
You will be able to make a withdrawal request once the credit card verification will be done.

6) i asked why, they sent me another email :

This is a decision made by the casino, please follow the instructions.

They are not a public service company, they don't have to offer you services if they don't want to. IF they pay you out completely, there is absolutely nothing to complain about.

Why would he be joking about this? Businesses can refuse to serve you whenever they want, as long as it's not for a Constitutionally protected reason. And if this sportsbook resides outside the U.S., then even that doesn't necessarily apply.

If you get all of your money, including winnings, then you are whole. Nothing to complain about.

I don't know anything about this bookie, but it does have an unfortunate name. It looks like a portmanteau of "MyBookie" and "mistake", as in "You made a mystake playing here." LOL

I am facing the same situation as yours after winning up to 2,000 USD from 200 USD and they blocked my account, asking me to wait for six months. This procedure is so dirty as they provide zero transparency and no explanation. Regardless of how many times I asked them they would only reply me back with generic, copy-and-paste messages.

I tried to mediate with this book for a couple of people a few years ago but they just stonewalled us with vague nonsense replies too.

I recall I expected to start seeing regular complaints about them at the time but haven't seen another one in years

They basically say their dispute resolution procedure is "we can make any decision we like and if you don't like it, go ahead and sue us in a Curacao court". https://mystake.com/en/static/terms/disputeresolution

There is no active regulator currently accepting complaints about Curacao licensed bookmakers right now either. They say they expect to start taking player complaints "some time in the future".
