    William Hill withdrawals
    Hi to all.
I have WH acc more than 10 years and never had problems with skrill withdrawals. In last one month they heaven't paid me at all. First they said they had a system problem and I waited up to 48 hours, after that they still didn’t pay so I reversed the withdrawal and lost it. Now I asked for it again and again the same story. However, after 20 conversations via chat, they suddenly said that my skril was not verified and that was why. 48 hours have passed since the verification and now they tell me to wait 96 hours. I didn’t play any suspicious bets or anything that could hint at any problems. Does anyone have same problems?

Have not heard of similar problems there through any complaints.

Is this a US State Will Hill book? Or another country?

EU, non UK. Chat agents (not robots ) are totally uninformed and full of contradictory information. when I ask if the problem is only with skril payments, they starts telling me that each method has a time limit, and for skril it is 4 days !? although it says on the site that it is up to 24 hours. I’m getting slowly worried and that’s why I’m wondering if anyone had a normal skrill withdrawal in the last month.

If you don't want to tell me your country I can't give you specific info.

But if you are under a Gibraltar or Malta license country then email second_opinion@willhill.com and ask about the delay. They will usually reply fairly fast and will put a fire under people in those juridictions for you if needed.

Then you are under Malta, so use that email and ask why the delay.

Best to just ask that , and say you have been unable to get help from regular CS with it.

Not try to tell them what is supposed to happen or complain about it.

Nothing new. After 7 days of pending they simply canceled the withdrawal and told me to ask for it again and now again the story is: next 24 hours, if not, get in touch, our financial team is having problems and when I ask them to pay manually they say it is impossible. Over the weekend, they said several times that they would be paid by the end of the day, which did not happen. second_option told me to send them an email if they dont pay until 5th february, but i did not receive an answer. However, i dont beleive that they had problems overall with paying cause i did not find anywhere that someone have problems.

It's good news that they at least say that they want to pay you.

Whatever the reason I would say you will definitely be paid from what you say.

Leave their site and don't use it anymore. There are plenty of other fish in the ocean.
