BET-IBC/VIP-IBC Transaction History

Any ideas how you obtain a transaction history (deposits & withdrawals) at BET-IBC?

The statements section within the Mollybet software doesn't list statements for every month, e.g. Feb to Dec 2021 is completely missing.

CS says "too much data" and is not willing to explain what they mean by that. Also, this broker does not provide a XLS or PDF file by themselves. It's hard to believe that they do not record deposits & withdrawals for their customers but their CS says so.

The poor service quality of this broker is really astonishing

Surprised you are willing to deal with their fees.

Meh, personally, I their fees are a little high if you use btc or something, but I mostly bet as a hobby and use Skrill so I'm goof with 1%.

At least they pay me, got burned once before, don't wanna get burned again.

Any updates, did you manage to get your history?
