I`d contacted with support via live chat. They told me what they "experiencing the same issues and they are still working to have them fixed".

I find a problem during a current week.

Could be that you still have some rollover to complete. Even if you didn't take a regular bonus, the bitcoin boost of 5 or 10% comes with a hefty 10x rollover. Did you accept the BTC boost on a recent deposit?
