Does the new SBR mediate disputes with US books?

We are not in a position to "intervene" in the same way we could work with offshores at the moment, but we will try to mediate and/or help people find the correct dispute resolution path and navigate it.

Yeah, it's $20, but stealing is stealing. Also, I wouldn't be pursuing this if their CS reps weren't total jerks.

FanDuel had a messed up contest around march madness. They had a contest where the person who won the most amount of bets in a market would win a prize. Problem was it wasn't state specific. Tennessee doesn't have player props on college games and New jersey does. So they had like 10X as many things to bet on as we did. Very deceptive marketing. Literally you had no shot to win unless you live in a state that had player props, but they promoted the contest to Tennessee. Meaning people were making bets with them to participate in contest but had no shot. I reached out to them and they basically told me tough shit.
