    Bitsler balance stolen
Logged in recently after not playing for a while knowing that I have a balance there. Surprisingly I see that my balance is at 0. Spoke with support and they tell me that there was a withdrawal made on August 1st. I check the transaction log and see this

This address has transacted 39,056 times on the Bitcoin blockchain. It has received a total of 6,038.02338687 BTC ($261,803,440.97) and has sent a total of 6,031.21198291 BTC ($261,508,104.42). The current value of this address is 6.81140396 BTC ($295,336.55).

Looking at where the coins were sent, this is obviously not my wallet, I've never had this much in my wallet.

    Support says

"If this transaction was not made by you, your account has been hacked."

    "
If so, I'm sorry but there is nothing we can do to redeem your coins."

I asked them to check what IP address my account was logged into on the day of the withdrawal, and they said

"I have just checked and there no different IP log on that day."

How is that possible? If the IP is the same, how is it possible that I got hacked? This doesn't make any sense to me and they can't explain it either.

Looking at the amount of transactions that this address has committed. It seems that it was the bookie owner itself who transfered to his accounts. They might have thought that you forgot about the balance and wiped it out.
Do they have 2FA security option or the option to receive a msg in your phone at the time you do a transaction?

This thought crossed my mind as well.
They do have 2FA, I didn't have it enabled. No option to get a message when a withdrawal is made even though this is standard on most other sites.

I don't think that a hacker would have been so successful to perform over 39.000 fraudlant transactions and so stupid to send all of this funds at the same address. So for me it wasn't a hacker. It looks more like a bookmaker operation address (deposit/cashouts) Plus it would have shown some other IP at the day of the transaction if this supposed hacker emptied your account.
