Anyone ever make a horse bet & have it disappear?

At one of the most highly regarded books I am 99% sure I made a confirmed horse bet & then it won & it disappeared.

Just wondering if anyone else has experienced making a bet and having it disappear.

This is why I make a copy (screenshots) of every bet I place-windows key and print screen button at the same time.

probably a mistake where you did not confirm it. Happens to me sometimes when i have to many screens and crap going

Was it a futures bet or an upcoming race? Maybe past the post and they cancelled it?
