    Bookmaker Deposit Not Credited to Account
    Dears, for the first time ever my cc deposit to Bookmaker was rejected however money was taken from my account. I truly feel that as a long time member and diamond player I should not have to wait 3-5 business days and confirm all types of banking details. It was processed and they have the ability to confirm. I start to always wonder when the offshore decline will start and perhaps this is it. Love Bookmaker for their prompt payout and betting format, but really despise their customer support and the inability to no longer call someone to resolve issues like we did prior to COVIT. I hate change but can’t stomach the customer support I get from Bookmaker at this time. Really wish we could again call in and talk with support for better issue resolution.

    I think the problem is that may not have the ability to confirm themselves. It has come up before when there is a card transaction error and the player ends up having to confirm bank info.

    I agree it sucks when it is all their fault. Even worse news might be how long it could take to process a refund to card if that is what they say needs to happen

      Yeah, that does seem to be the problem, since it happens with a bunch of offshore books. And since they have to use Chinese card processors, these "mistakes" tend to happen way more than here in the USA (where it essentially never happens).

        Had the same problem with bookmaker, it took over a month to get it processed to my account because they could never get ahold of the processor.

          ugh sorry to hear

          between this kind of stuff, fraudulent activity on cards, and eventually my identity stolen... the "ins and outs" of gambling sure has its downside

              All, I must update all that my deposit has been credited to my account without me having to do any leg work. That is what I would expect as being a Diamond member with Bookmaker. Also, it may be coincidence or not but I must also inform all that anytime I have had an issue with Bookmaker and post to this forum my issue get’s resolved. As flustered as I may get with them over their lack of customer support and ability to call in and speak with someone live, I have to be transparent with you all in saying Bookmaker is still my #1 to date and have NEVER had issues with payouts. I’m talking less than one hour on max withdrawal as the norm and at times less than 30 minutes. Now please Bookmaker, bring back the phone lines so we can promptly extinguish these types of fires. Thank you all for the bandwidth!
