I ask for a time frame, and they keep responding just wait for an e-mail.

At this point, I’m assuming the money is stolen.

Hi Z-Fly and others, I am having the same issue with Bookmaker.eu. I signed up for the first time, deposited 500 dollars worth in bitcoin, and they disabled my account before I could even place my first bet. I asked why and they said "our security filters caught something and your account is now under investigation". I then asked them for what and for how long this investigation will go on for and they told me to wait for an email and would not give me anymore details. No more details, meaning they ended the chat and whenever I try to re-open a chat with them, they say the same scripted response and close the chat.

I can't believe how highly rated this sports book is on many different sites. I am feeling totally scammed out of my money right now.

They aren't going to scam you, worst case scenario is you get your deposit back and they close your account. Obviously, they suspect some sort of fraud. This is one of the most reputable books out there. They don't care about your $500, they care about fraud.

I figured as much but they won't let me withdraw my money at all. So if the worst case scenario is that I get my money back, then why not just let me withdraw now?

Long ago and hope to soon be forgotten this! I had to move to another apartment at the same street address due to a fire in the apt above me. I had 2 online accounts. One with bookmaker and the other with Intertops. Bookmaker would not let me change the apartment number on my account without some long adoo.. Intertops changed it for me in 30 seconds..."no stressed Jessie"

If their investigation reveals you aren't a scammer they'll let you play with your deposit.

Alright fair enough. I get they are a sportsbook and not a 5-star hotel but their customer service is horrible. I would suggest anyone stay away from them.

Don't worry. Bookmaker.eu do not "steal" money from players.

If you know you are bona fide, you will see your account re-opened when they are done.

It taking a long time suggests they are checking a number of accounts and probably waiting for other people still.

Even if it is legit, I wouldn’t have joined if I knew this would have happened. I wish I could just get my money returned, at this point.

Friends and small time players that enjoy sports betting and just want to be paid: Do yourself a favor and play with the state that has made it legal where you reside. If you have Money to BURN, than who cares and forget it. No one can convince you of their dis honesty offshore..

Yeah, I registered and my account was disabled after 15 minutes, I couldn't even deposit. Funny thing is I am not eligible for bonuses, due to the jurisdiction I am registering from, just wanted to try them out as I heard BetCris has obtained a license in Poland. I chatted with Customer Care and all they could tell me it's a management decision and that it's not because of my country of registration. I asked them why they would even close my account without me even uploading my documents to them. They use some copy paste phrases.

I think they have an issue with the license or have some internal issue and won't accept new clients. I asked them if there was an issue with their license, they didn't decline. Ask any decent bookmaker about their license and they will be happy to share, but not this one - dodgy.

I am glad I didn't manage to deposit, reading the horror stories of late I would've been irritated to say the least.

Hey there! The exact same thing happened to me after a $100 deposit. It's been over A MONTH now and I still can't login and all they tell me is to wait for an email. Did you get your money back? any insight helps

How can you deposit money with a place like Bookmaker when you cannot even reach them? They used to take phone bets then they figured out it is more profitable to have no phone bets and no reliable service of any kind.

They are straight GARBAGE, Good luck even talking to someone.............

It's 2023, who still calls in bets or needs to talk to customer service for a sportsbook? Seriously, i don't understand why this still matters to people. Their chat ( like many other sites ) serves enough of a purpose should you ever have a concern. Given that 95% of the time you would have no reason to contact them to do a payout it would make no sense for them to staff a call center for people to spam them with calls about how they didnt mean to make a bet or some other garbage. All that matters are odds and payouts, they have both.
