Hi I was wondering if anyone knows what else I could do. A few months ago I sent a $2000 wire to sportsbetting.ag I researched them ahead of time and they just appear to be a Betonline (which I have used and haven't had any problems with)clone and couldn't find any reason to doubt they were a legit place. I sent a wire because I didn't have any bitcoin and credit card and echeck limits wouldn't be enough for $2000 so I could get the welcome bonus. I got the wire instructions. I sent the wire. About 10 days after my bank credited back the wire and said that it was undeliverable. This was a Panama location. I contacted them again and they gave me different wire instructions for a place in Canada. I sent the wire again. I immediately notified them with my bank info and the amount. A couple days later I checked on it. Then a week and 2 weeks. Each email response was just a generic OK we're looking into it. I confirmed with my bank that it was sent and received. I still have the emails, they went on like this for over a month. I got busy with other things and just sort of gave up on it. Just wondering if anybody has any suggestions as to what else I could do. This seems to be more of a poor customer service issue rather than them trying to scam me. Thanks in advance.

Yes, it's a poor customer service issue. SB (BOL) is legit.
One piece of advice would be to stop emailing them since it's too easy to ignore. Chat or call. It's a lot more difficult to ditch you if you are talking to them live. They should escalate to the correct department for you. Ask to stay on the line while they wait for a response. Say you don't want to be disconnected and await response because you've been waiting for months.Comment -
