Intra-book transfer defines a transfer within a book (i.e. from the sportsbook section to the casino section within the same sportsbook).
RonPaul 08 is correct that you mean inter-book.
Will our country ever be smart enough to elect someone like Ron Paul?
Since it would mean getting millions of leeches off the government tit, I'm not holding my breath.

Well, maybe he does mean intrabook. As in, from one player to another in the same book.

Send your Intra suggestions to Matchbook. Maybe they will realize its good for business and do it on a case by case basis.

<3s for everyone who doesn't know the difference with intra- and inter-. Book to book would be interbook. Casino to Sportsbook would be intrabook (intraumbrella? It kinda is a silly misnomer to use intrabook when a book isn't involved), player to player in the same book is intrabook. Its quite useful.
Dimes/BetJ for US or NA only (I can't remember)

Las Palmas and IAS do this on a sometimes basis.
