Stay away from this scam company.
I made the mistake of contacting them to ask where the promised free bet is for the England vs Germany soccer game, since it was not automatically credited. (Am I not supposed to do that if there is a mistake?) First, she claims that I have already received the free bet. I ask for another customer service representative to check my account, they then notice their mistake, and manually credit the free bet. So far so good.
2 days later, the max stake for every single game, or market is suddenly 1 euro. No explanations other than some terms that allow them to do so. It's obvious they limited my account because I brought up a mistake that they made.
All the comeon points that can be exchanged for free spins, free bets etc (739,000) are all worthless now and the shop is closed for me. There was no explanation for that either. Those points are worth quite a lot too. They still, right now, allow me to make new deposits to get more points though.
EDIT: Comeon shop has been empty for about 2 months. I never contacted them for that because I thought it's just temporarily under construction. So, it turns out they have offered me points for deposits for quite a long time now although all those points are totally worthless for me. They never told me I cannot use those points anymore. Really shady, unacceptable behavior.
To me, it looks like you are not allowed to criticize poor or unprofessional customer service anymore. Just have to shut up, and accept it. It's pretty sad
