What am I doing wrong, keep getting an error code saying too long mempool chain, too many descendants for tx (limit 25)

It means that the BTC you are trying to send contains too many inputs that are not confirmed.

It is happening now because many Chinese miners have gone offline and there is not enough mining computing power to solve blocks in the normal time right now.

When the difficulty adjusts in the next few days, it will become easier to confirm and require less computing power and it will speed up again.

There is not much you can do but keep trying until it clears.
