          Finally a response from them. Here's the exact message:


          ???After a full review of the activity in your account, the decision was made to terminate our business relationship with you and discontinue services and products offered. Your account will remain disabled. We ask that you refrain from opening any further accounts. Any new accounts opened by you or for you will result in immediate termination of your account and us seizing all funds. This decision is final after careful consideration of all facts.


          Now the question is why is there no mention of them returning the funds? I sent a response asking for my money.

            I might be wrong but it sounds like they believe you've been multi-accounting. Guilty or innocent, good luck getting your money from that book if that's the case.

                        Just an update. I tried to call Mybookie to speak with the "security department" as they advised but customer service is not allowing the transfer and gave me a generic script that your account will be closed permanently. Tried insisting but they are pretty tough.

                        Fortunately, SBR has already responded to my non payment report (Thanks to Optional) and a case specialist is already helping in the attempt to recover the money.

                        For now, it's been two weeks and issue remains unresolved and funds still frozen with Mybookie. Do yourselves a favor and stay away at all costs if you hate stress and grief.

                              Mybookie is by far the worst sports book ever. Who the hell takes 2 days to “review” a payout, and another 48 hours to send the payment!!??

                              In fact, who the hell would deposit to this book when other books are offering same day payouts 🤣🤣🤣

                                  I have $1200 tied up there. They blocked me during that security "breach" a few months ago. Then they said go ahead and deposit.

                                  So I sent $1000 plus they gave me the usual bonus. Well then I went to make a bet and they reduced limits to a .01.

                                  Wont release the money because I have a rollover and wont increase the limits because of security from months ago.

                                        Yes this happend to me 3 days ago, I requested a match bonus to my recent deposit of $48.80 they claimed I had already used a 200% match bonus earlier that day but it was a lie because your only allowed to claim the same bonus 1x day and I had been playing for 3 days with a previous 300% & 150% match bonus that was not the same. Rudely they offered me 10% 1X Rollover I agree they Applied $4.38 they problem laughed thinking played if she could win with $48 she ain't gonna get far with 10%. I then played betting $0.10 slowly won and as won I bumped betting to $1-$5 no more then $5.00 I had no pending rollovers, No Free Play available and met wager requirement the next day I had $4,396 available to withdrawal!! I requested a BTC withdrawal request for $3,300 it was instantly decline but then received SMS and Email with withdrawal confirmation and is in review status pending. 2hrs later I was trying to get update on payout my account was deactivated and closed for secure purposes!!! Right away I knew they were gonna play stupid and claim terms were violated etc.!!! How is that possible, I couldn't over bet, or cheat I only had $4.38 to play with, is not a behavior problem Since I lost my job due to COVID-19 I played for hrs on my phone I just wanted to make extra money my family and I were beyond excited expecting the money in 48hrs is that considered behavior abuse or professional betting!! No, They can't say I abuse bonuses because you're allowed to claim as many bonuses 1x day with initial deposits they even offer the bonuses if you're depositing with **** give you more if you deposit by Bitcoin and get more for your deposits even if you had already claimed a bonus previously. They also refund you rebates on Monday for all deposits made on Mondays so in what way was I abusing. If they see my playing history I have never over bet, deposit no more than $100 and have never withdrew from the account. But the main point is I lost 90% of the time and this is the 1st time requesting a payout. Tell me how did I flag my account. I have never won more than $5000 during the 3 months I have been playing. I always leave the accounts at $0 balance before making another deposit but not because I withdrawal money but because I strictly loose back to back. It seems like they know and track you because I've came across to winning several times no more than $5000 and as I get closer to meet the rollover I loose!!! Wow I've tested there gaming performance and how is it possible that I deposit $100 and loose in 10 minutes. I play different games betting always under $5 no awarded free spins or winnings just straight loosing. All jackpot games favor them you will never win the jackpots is just to get your attention and play them because they program or hacked to limit the winnings. Sometimes I wouldn't get paid the lines like paying charts stated. I emailed the help or customer service and till today they have not gave me a reason or an explanation for the closed account. I believe payout is still pending. But I emailed them again and got a reply stating this:
                                        It's our pleasure to help with your inquiries. We apologize for any inconvenience regarding your account access.

                                        After reviewing your account information, we are sorry to inform you that after an internal review handled by the Security Department, we have decided to close your account, the decision is final and will not be overturned.

                                        Your understanding is really appreciated.

                                        Wow!! FRAUD FRAUD !! UNBELIEVABLE AND NOW IGNORE ME THEY HAVE NOT YET BOTHER CALLING ME OR REPLY BACK TO ME. I WANT TO MAKE COMPLAINTS BUT DONT KNOW HOW I WANT MY MONEY

                                                I think they should have there gambling licenses revoked or suspended until all complaints have been solved!! For they could feel what we feel " "loosing money" and investigate if they get suspended they won't be able to operate and gonna loose lots, and if they get revoked well they will learned a lesson, and hopefully they get demand to payout pending withdrawals or refunds to all defrauded players !!! For they could feel what we feel when thieves and Pro scammers cheat us solving all complaints will teach them to run a legit businesse and stop money laundry. They false accuse us of violating the terms and policies but it's all B.S : There gonna say: We Violated betting terms, abuse bonuses, multiple accounts, etc every term in the books we are being false accused and no way to prove it!! And they keep all your, winnings and move on with next victims. But we NOW have to speak up in every social media page or links but most of all all gambling authorities in the U.S or the country you reside on including where there casino is being operated!!! Give then a bad review them and post our complaint but most of all how they breach there on terms, policies, contracts, defrauded, abuse of withdrawal, money laundry, hacked game soft ware, non license operating, fraudulent business!!!

                                                Someone will hear us !! And Investigate and will demand them to solved complaints. That's my goal I started today !! Posting

                                                              I'm hoping that SBR is merely giving them ample time to respond / change their minds. Refusal to respond to disputes should be the final straw for a sportsbook with such a checkered history. But it seems like MyBookie hasn't cared about their C- rating up to now, so they might be making a calculated value decision here. They may be fine with their strategy of replacing every scorned player with 10 new customers from their constant online / podcast advertising.

                                                                        Sorry to hear about your situation, but you can't actually think this is a resolution. You didn't accomplish anything by doing this.

                                                                        That being said, I'm definitely taking MyBookie off my list of sites to use. Luckily, I have $0 balance there at the moment.
