The only answer we can investigate unlimited time, but wheh I ask where it is indicated in the rules, they don't answer
My deposit was via bank card and when I hinted that I would apply for bank charge back chat support started to threaten me

earlier I played at another website with the same sportsbook markets and everything was ok

I can say with confidence that the Jet stealing money casts doubt on the entire network with the similar sportsbook markets. Maybe best for me, to contact also software seller of the sportsbook about this issue, because complaint to EMS Management is unlikely to resolve the issue.

As you see, Jet try do stole any deposit with any amount

Only my activity was on Sport and my deposit was 400 UAH and after cancelling all bets they left 185 UAH on my account ))

Good idea to steal not only winning money, but also money from my deposit ))

It was almost one week of investigation and every day was the answer in support that there is no timeframe for this. After sharing complaint about this situation they decided to cancell all bets and give me the reason that I broke the rule 3.30:

If a Client and/or a group of Clients makes bets that allow to bypass the existing limits (maximum cash out, maximum bet value, arbitration issues and bets on an already known outcome), the payment is made with a factor equal to "1".

And still on my account less than half of the deposit and support answer everything is ok )

My guess was wrong.

And I agree that is a ridiculous reason for someone who turned over just $50 worth of small bets.

Probably not much can be done about the small amount they ended up shorting you on the deposit. But I am sure this thread will cost them a lot more than they have cost you. If that is any consolation.

I received my money from Sol Casino. KYC was quite a hassle. They asked me for 2 types of selfies and called me (from Russia) to ask me several questions about my account data, payment methods, bets etc

Also, they forced me to make a 3x deposit (no bonus) turnover in the casino, since they cut my limits after 4 bets to 1 EUR on any major market, including the Euro 2020.

Stay away from them

Fresh Casino paid as well but this GALAKTIKA NV group is definitely a scam. They apply "internal rules" which are not part of their ToS to screw you over (see screenshot below). Classic Russian online gambling scam.

They also have this rule 22.1: "The original text of these Terms is written in the Russian language. All interpretations thereof shall be based on the original Russian text. In the event that these Terms or other related materials have been translated into other languages, the Russian version of the Terms shall prevail."

In other words, their English ToS do not have any substance in case you have an issue.
