"The Louisiana Gaming Control Board will be in charge of the regulated market. The Louisiana Lottery Corporation will be able to launch its own mobile platform for residents, however, following an amendment in the House.
Retail sportsbooks will be taxed 10% while mobile and digital sports betting operations will be taxed 15%-18%"
So let say you win $100 you have to pay 15% upfront or wait for the sportsbook to give you 1099 form ?
