Is bookmaker going out of business or making changes? Was approved for a bitcoin withdrawal and after 9 hrs still waiting for the funds to be deposited. This is very unusual. Usually takes less than 1 hr.

I've had a few 9 hr ones from them. No rhyme or reason to this, sometimes the funds arrive after 15 mins and most of the time within an hour, sometimes it can take this long.
