Bet365 and their cashout ripoff

I was wondering if sportbooks need to pass some regular checks considering their actions or they can have consequences only if we press them with IBAS etc...This what they have been doing lately is absurd and unbeliveable. I have been using bet365 for long time, acc is alive for long time despite the profit as I do lot of gambling inside the acc so it doesnt get limited.
Last 2 days they have done things that pissed me off so much that I am writing complaints to their regulatory bodies.
Case no.1:
Qutar u23 football match I bet over goals 630€. Cash out 1080e(full win was 1260) and after the match I have 540€inside the account. Recieved the message that odds have been wrong and they have adjusted but I wouldn't have cashed out in minus, would have waited better position.
Its clear ripoff as all books had such odds and there was no mistake. Instead of canceling the bet and returning me the stake, if there was really a mistake, they returned me 90€ less. Small sum so I get over it.

Case no.2
Austria basketball Kapfenberg bulls play at home. I bet them 3rd quarter first to 10 points. They lead 8-4 then its 8-8 and oponnents have turnover. My guys shoot 3er, score and bet is win. Funds credited to my account and imagine this: 3am in the morning they put it the void. Not odds corrected(as I bet when it was 3-2 or something like that) but VOID and no winnings given.

When I go to chat and ask supervisor, they keep telling me its traders decision and that it was a mistake in odds but there was no mistake and they keep doing it more and more often on clean matches.
So I need advice from you guys, should I make IBAS complaint every time they rip me off, or wait some time then put it ot rogether or how to proceed because this is getting quite annoying.

You can't do much against the voids because of "bad lines" and we all know It is BS 99%. You could maybe try to confront them with the average odds of the Industry on that particular line in that particular moment, if you can get the data.

I make lot of bets,i take pictures/screenshots when they pay and sometimes they void/change odds 20 hours after match. I dont have time when i do inplay to take proofs from 10 other books in that precise moment..so basicaly all i can do is complain to ibas after i collect more evidences as this is abnormal..i dont have this kind of issues with other sportsbooks,only b365

thats brutal man i can say that has never happend to me. id say just use other books and close shop there.

Its not just cashout. If i keep it as value, they still correct the odds after some time.
For example Italian Volley Civitanova's best player is simon. I watch stream and when he serves i bet on them race or hcp. Before point start,before its played. I just have few players which i follow in volley for serves.
He kept 13 serves in first 2 set of last match i watched, just as an example.
All is good,they add thr balance and then after 18h "adjust" the odds.
When i go on the chat and show them that nothing was wrong with their odds, they ignore it...
With basket simillar if important player goes to bench etc..they just keep reducing odds,no matter if i leave it as value or cashout after some time...i already have for over 7k damage proofs in last few days and will collect more and then send all to ibas
