How does rollover generally work? For someone who never has taken a bonus before
I used the 35% reload bonus for the first time the other day, and have a few questions regarding how bonuses generally work, and how in this case it should work.

I deposited X amt, received a Y bonus... lost all of the money, including the deposit.

Went to make another deposit, and received no bonus.

Contacted support and asked why, and they said because I still owe a rollover of Z.. I was confused and asked for the breakdown, and was told that Z was calculated by taking X+Y and multiplying it by 8.

Okay cool. I was confused because I thought
rollover only applies to winnings directly associated with the deposit made

Now when I continue to ask why there is rollover after my account has busted, they say that I have transferred to poker and have bets pending in my account.

Yeah, I have bets pending from wayyy before I accepted any bonus.

Not sure who is right or wrong here. But I am confused, and mostly of why I ever accepted any bonus in the first place.

    Thanks for any insight.

If you have pending wagers or money in poker then you still need to clear the old rollover. Rollover only resets if you zero out the account, including poker, and have zero pending wagers.

Even though none of the pending bets were associated with the rollover from the bonus?

Correct. Don't re-deposit until you zero out account or clear previous rollover or it will stack.

            BetOnline or Sportsbetting I'm guessing.

Without knowing the book and being able to check the promo rules can't be certain.

But if it is Betonline as suggested above, then they do not require you to have no pending bets. Just none of any previous bonus left in your account or any of that bonus still as pending bets.

Older pending bets made before the first bonus should not have an effect.

I'd guess that your poker balance was the only real stopper. If it was BOL.
