    Bookmaker Complaint
My balance was $0 and Bookmaker sent me an e-mail referencing my account number that said "Need a bonus offer to reload your account and it listed my specific account number. It mentioned a 25% Reload bonus offer to get you back in action."

I made the deposit and bookmaker will not credit the bonus saying they can change the rules anytime. I have lost money there and they should honor their promotion.

Can SBR please help. I filed a complaint but have not received a reply. Thank you.

If I win my Superbowl bet there, am going to ask for a withdrawal and be finished with them.

Lot books send promotions out without confirmation of eligibility.

        Best to confirm before sending.

Second hand embarrassment reading this thread. SBR is intended to help those who were brutally raped by books. Not those who woke up next to a fatty and expected morning head and eggs bc she said so the night before. I don’t know you, but I know gambling isn’t the path for you. Delete all your Accts and take up bird watching or hiking

Usually if a book offers me a bonus & then backs out, I get real belligerent & threaten to never play there again & that has always worked. They tend to give in.

Also mention other known competitive books & say they would never do this to their customers, they hate that.

This is definitely true. But it's very annoying. Businesses shouldn't make offers they aren't willing to stand behind.

Are you talking about Bookmaker.eu or just a general bookmaker?

Bookmaker.eu will have the bonuses available to you in the deposit tabs. If you don’t see an available bonus, then you probably weren’t eligible for one.

This was bookmaker.eu. They sent the e-mail offering the 25% bonus for my specific account number and I deposited the same day I received the offer so I expect they should honor the promotion that they offered. I don't think A rated sportsbooks should offer customers a bonus to get them back in action and then deny the bonus after the deposit.

Everyone gets those emails, but if they classified you as non rec and removed bonuses from the cashier/bet points you don't qualify. It is annoying and they should have a way to purge their email list so the accounts that don't qualify don't get them. Clearly they have labeled you as non rec and it has nothing to do with you being up or down money. If they don't give you the bonus just withdraw and play somewhere else.

The e-mail bookmaker.eu sent me was to my name and my account number and offered a bonus to get me back in the game so it seemed like a valid offer. It cost me a $1000 bonus but I do understand there are worse cases where books screw players but it would help to know if SBR does not work on bonus complaints so I would not keep waiting to see if SBR gets back to me on the complaint.
it is still disappointing that an A rated sportsbook can offer a bonus to get someone to deposit then refuse the bonus after the deposit.

Gambler as has been mentioned already, books (not just bookmaker) send those cookie cutter emails out all the time to everyone. If you don't have an automated bonus claim in the cashier its always always always best to email and get it in writing that you do in fact qualify for the bonus offer that was sent to you. I too have been burned by what you have described. (never at bookmaker, but other books) Best of luck going forward.
