Bookmaker likely didn’t cancel it. Their horse software provider did. Which means it was likely past the post time of the race.

Have you confirmed you placed it before post time ?

that is nice hit. post was 2:05 and race went off at 2:06 if the time stamp on your ticket is prior slam dunk case. dealing with 3rd party providers via the books CS can be a major headache

They do not go by post time. When the first horse is loaded they close.

After filing my SBR complaint i have got no justice. Bookmaker/Justbet 100 % Guilty of cancelling winning bet tickets. Bettor beware as Bookmaker is a scam book that will screw you out any large winner as it ensures their bottom line. I have a loyal customer ($4500.00) in handle a week for at least 10 years. like i said before i made bets on this race at Gulfstream on my ADW after i made these bookmaker bets that i was paid without issue. i submitted this evidence. but was stonewalled.

Dude, Bookmaker is not going to scam you out if $700. Calm down.
If your ticket is legit, you'll get your money.
Did Bookmaker respond to your inquiry at all?

Bookmaker sent screenshots of their records that said this race started at 14:06:10 and your two bets were placed at 14:06:39 and 14:07:02. Which is quite a long time past post.

And I don't think anyone tried to stonewall you. The contrary. Everyone involved sounds like they have gone out of their way to help.

SBR explained to our BM rep that you said you made bets elsewhere after bookmaker and before you believe the race started. And he asked that you contact their Racebook Manager directly to discuss that.

                        Have you done that?

Foosball Champ knows the information I posted above.

He was even sent the screenshot showing their time data.

Why he decided to post he is being scammed, instead of showing the racebook manager the evidence he says is being stonewalled is anyone's guess.

14:07:02 is a crazy past post.
The race was probably on the back stretch lol.

It's so past past, yet he is so sure, so maybe there was an error somewhere. Just as likely to be at ADW as BM though.

If the time stamps on his ADW bets really do show a later time than 14:07:02, he should send screenshots of them to the BM Racebook Manager. Never know what he might do for a "loyal" $4500/wk 10year veteran customer.

Maybe he was watching on TVG or something, and they delayed showing the race, because of a conflict with another race?

That would not be possible on BM. They close the race when the first horse loads.

This is always the great question! They accepted the bet, then waited until after it won to cancel it!!

If he contacts Bookmaker and says: "You accepted my Horse wager AFTER post time, but it LOST, so I'd like a refund since if it had won then you would have not paid me."

Does anybody on this whole site think that they would give him his money back if the bet loses? LOL
