We have 3 or 4 people with complaints in that are taking longer than normal to get a resolution for.

But in general they are still paying out fast as usual.

Go to their help section and search for what you want to ask, then click the "No" button when asked if the info helped, and you will be directed to Customer Service links.

I was quite a bit concerned regarding my first withdrawal after reading all the complaints here. I was expecting to be asked for a selfie holding my ID with a utility bill, etc. For what it's worth, nothing was asked of me. They sent a check out FedEx as my one free check payout every 90 days and it was actually a very pleasant experience. It was even less hassle than a regular 5D payout when they were available to US.

I understand there a few complaints regarding accounts being locked and balances seized and it's hard to know the full extent of these scenarios however it seems clear that the vast majority of Bovada players are being paid quickly.
