5dimes, can´t login (new device)

So i´m trying to login on my Laptop. I got the E-Mail with the Link and the Code...
i click on it and the new Site looks like this

Support can´t help me...told me already 2 times via E-Mail that the problem is fixed which is not...

I had to do this today too.

Worked fine for me.

I guess you have cleared temp files and cookies and tried it?

hmm yes cleared all and tried other device aswell.
Are you using a notebook? how does the sites looks...same as in my picture?

A windows laptop. And it looks completely normal to me.

Is that page what you see after clicking the link in your email?

Did you click the 'home' button on the top left?

interesting...weird....after almost 3 weeks...without changing anything, somehow it works now and i see again the page where i can paste the code and i can login now.
