My understanding is in their Mission Statement it states "manana" is good. At times I've used their Customer Service(Live Chat) twice in the evening and only the following morning was the play eventually graded. Their Live Chat seems to be nothing more than message takers who can not resolve much of anything without it being passed on to the appropriate department, who are inaccessible to us players.

Don't get me started. How do you offer live plays, in my case first half, and you don't grade it until the game is over. It makes no sense....

It depends sometimes they grade the halftime live wager after but like big joe says seems like on the weekend they wait to grade after the whole game finishes.
